Thanksgiving Gratitude Word Search

A thoughtful Thanksgiving activity can begin with the language we use to notice other people. This gratitude word search gathers words about appreciation, caring, and helpful actions, making it suitable for older children, families, or community groups. Before solving, choose a word about kindness and talk about what it might look like during a family gathering. The forward diagonal entries add a little variety without introducing backwards searching. Once the puzzle is complete, write a short thank you message using one of the words. Sharing that message is optional, so quieter participants can keep their reflection private.
