Thanksgiving Word Search for Kids

Young readers can start their Thanksgiving activity with short, familiar words in a compact ten by ten grid. The list mixes foods, autumn objects, and things that might belong in a conversation about home. Ask children to read the words aloud before searching, then look from left to right and from top to bottom. There are no backwards or diagonal entries in this easy puzzle. It works as a quiet table activity while an adult prepares a meal, or as a short classroom reading break. Afterward, children can draw one item they found.
