Information used by the service

We process the themes you submit to generate word lists. Words you paste, puzzle grids and PDF generation stay in your browser. Our hosting provider may process basic request information and operational statistics, such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs, to operate and protect the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregated page visits, referrers and device information. It does not use cookies or track you across websites. Order pages and download links are excluded from analytics. We strip URL fragments and query parameters except campaign source, medium and campaign name.

When AI word generation is configured, your theme is sent to our AI service provider to produce a word list. Avoid including personal or confidential information in a theme. If AI is unavailable, a matching built-in list may be used instead.

Service protection and payment information

We temporarily use IP addresses and request counts to limit excessive theme-generation and checkout requests. Making and printing puzzles does not require an account.

Waffo.com Limited (Waffo), our merchant of record, processes payment information under its own privacy policy and provides us with order details, including the buyer’s email, for delivery and support. WordFind AI does not store payment card numbers.

We store order details and download counts with our database provider, Supabase. We use Resend to send delivery emails containing download links and requested replacement emails. These providers process the information needed to provide those services. Download links grant access to your purchase; keep them private.

Your choices

Contact us to request deletion of information held by us. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant information, but do not send payment card details. Information required for legal obligations or security may need to be retained.
