This policy applies to paid printable packs. The free generator does not require a purchase.

Our digital products have no subscriptions, so there is no subscription to cancel.

Digital pack refunds

Printable packs are digital products. If you have a problem with your purchase, such as a file that will not open or content that does not match its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Describe the issue so we can help resolve it or arrange the refund.

Once a refund succeeds, including a partial refund, download access for the order ends.

Requesting a refund

Send your purchase email, order reference and a description of the problem to the contact address below. Do not send payment card details. Refunds are processed by Waffo.com Limited (Waffo), our merchant of record, to the original payment method. The time until funds appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.
