Printing, licence and refunds
How should I print the puzzles?
Choose the US Letter or A4 file to match your paper. Print a sample at actual size (100%) and check the margins and letter size before printing more copies. The answer pages are separate from the puzzles.
What does the pack licence allow?
After buying a pack, you may print unlimited copies for personal, classroom and event use. You may not resell, share or redistribute the PDF files themselves.
What if there is a problem with my purchase?
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if a file will not open or its content does not match the description. Refunds are processed by Waffo to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
How do I receive my files?
After successful payment, we send a delivery email with download links for both paper sizes. Each order allows up to 20 downloads in total. You can request the email again from your order page.
